Steam Moves
Sharp, late money arriving on a still-payable price.
Steam is a value-weighted signal. A bet-down into a 4/5 favorite barely counts; a bet-down into a 6/1 that closes 7/2 counts full. First Over weights steam by where on the odds curve the money landed.
Use steam as confirmation, not as a thesis. A steam move on a horse your figures already like is a green light. A steam move on a horse you hate is a question.
