RTPP — Real-Time Price Pop

The board says look — a figure-buried horse the money is backing.

RTPP fires when a horse our speed figure ranks in the bottom half of the field is taking enough live money to push its price into the top four. The clock says toss; the board says live. Where they disagree is the bet.

It's not a tip. It's a divergence flag — a structured way to surface horses that mechanical figure-making would otherwise bury.
